After-School Program for Ages 8–18

No sparring — just energy, focus, and growth. Our program combines pad work, cardio, and fitness training to help boys build strength, discipline, and confidence in a positive, structured environment.

Our focus is on functional art—beautiful objects with everyday use, perfect as heartfelt gifts or treasured keepsakes. With expert guidance and real tools, kids gain confidence, creativity, and hands-on skills that last a lifetime.

Youth Archery

Youth Archery Program – Weekly Classes

Discover strength, focus, and confidence through the art of archery. Our weekly Youth Archery Program introduces students to the fundamentals of bow and arrow use, emphasizing proper form, body mechanics, and power.

Participants will build essential skills through guided target practice while learning to channel concentration, breath control, and inner calm. With a blend of physical training and mental discipline, this program nurtures both athletic ability and personal growth.
